Deconstructing Shadow Work
What is shadow work and why is it important?
Shadow work refers to the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious or repressed parts of ourselves, often referred to as our "shadow,” a term coined by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. This process helps us become more aware of our unconscious patterns that can oftentimes take control of our lives and feed into unhealthy relationships and dynamics.
In all of my work with clients, both mystical and practical, shadow work arises (whether we call it out as that or not), so I’ve created a 68-page e-book as a resource and guide for those who are ready to dive deeper and go on their own shadow journey in order to create a more fulfilling life.
